These units can read a fingerprint template from a card or a data base, and instantly match it against a live fingerprint presented in a mobile, unconnected environment.

SpringBio-RC

The SpringBio-RC is an add-on extension cap for the TDS Recon, able to read a standard contactless smart card (like the US government PIV card), and match the fingerprint template on the card against that of the cardholder.

SpringBio- WAP

The SpringBio-WAP is an add-on extension cap for the Psion Teklogix Workabout Pro, able to read a standard contactless smart card (like the US government PIV card), and match the fingerprint template on the card against that of the cardholder.
